1. THEY'RE GROWING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU

The missing teeth. The toddler curls. The way your little one still reaches for your hand. The expressions you see every day and don't realize are changing until suddenly they have.

I look for those things.

Of course we'll create the beautiful family portrait where everyone is looking at the camera, but some of my favorite photographs are often the ones in between—the laugh, the hug, the look between you, the little pieces of who your family is right now.

2. YOU DESERVE TO BE IN THE MEMORIES, TOO

If you're usually the one taking the pictures, your camera roll may be filled with the people you love—and surprisingly few photographs that prove you were right there loving them.

Vacations, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, or simply having everyone in the same place at the same time—sometimes that's reason enough.
